On the 12 of July Leslie and I celebrated our 10Th year of coexistence. We headed down to San Diego where we stayed in a nice hotel, ate like pigs including at 5 Star restaurant, raced go carts again and looked at all the cool sea life in the Scrips aquarium. It was quit the journey and we had a great time. In old town we ate at probably the best Mexican restaurant in the world, well this side of the border anyway and then we hit the streets for some shopping. We also went to the History of music Museum by Lego Land and I think we spent the most of our time there playing the interments. Actually neither one of us play but that was OK cause they were all hooked up to headphones so nobody ells could hear us.

The aquarium was pretty cool too. We were able to touch some of the sea life and as well as see many different types of sharks and shark food, the smaller fish that is...

Leslie spotted out this fast looking little two seater in the parking lot as we were getting ready to leave Old Town. It was called a T-Rex and was powered by what looked to be a 1100cc street bike engine. All I know is that it was way smaller than Leslie's Honda Fit and the entire body was made out of carbon fiber. Oh how I would like to get my hands on this thing one day!!!!

I can't remember when the last time I had a good race was but I will let this picture speak for it's self. It was the shortest race I ever had at Rim Nordic or anywhere ells for that matter. I would say maybe 150 to 200 feet or so.
One this is for sure, I'm happy this happened here and not in a few weeks at Leadville. I'm going to go threw this bike with a fine tooth comb on Thursday and replace anything that looks just the slightest worn.
I'm asking that you all send a little white light or MOJO or good luck or Karma or what ever it is you believe in my way in the weeks to come. I need all the help I can get for Leadville. Oh oh Oh i'm feeling it already!!!!! Keep it coming y'all!!!!
